Emergency Medical Consultants respects all privacy. We collect your data for our registration and course information only. We may from time to time to send you newsletters and other information about services, but we will not give or sell your personal information to third parties to promote their products or services directly to you.
Information Usage:
The security of your Personal Information is very important to us. We have put in place reasonable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect. However, due to the inherent open nature of the internet, we cannot guarantee that communications between you and us or information stored within the Services or our servers will be completely free from unauthorized access by other parties such as hackers.
No Children Under Age 13:
We have no intention of collecting Personal Information from children under the age of 13. When we become aware that Personal Information from a child under 13 has been collected without such child’s parent or guardian’s consent, we will use all reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.
Changes to Policy; Opt-Out Process:

Financial Information:
Any payments processed online are done through the protected server, Authorize.net, a secure protected internet commerce company. We do not store any of your financial information.
Releases:
By registering for and attending a course, you authorize Emergency Medical Consultants, Inc. to release your course status to your employer and/or educational institution. Course status includes, but is not limited to, “scheduled, passed, failed, rescheduled, cancelled, etc.”
Your photo or video may be taken during class and used for marketing purposes via social media, email, banners, flyers, etc. If you prefer to opt out of having your photo or video taken and used for these purposes, please inform both the person recording the images/footage and send an email to info@medicaltraining.cc with the subject “Please do not use my image for marketing purposes,” so we can ensure all images of your person are removed.
Google Analytics:
We have implemented Google Analytics features based on Display Advertising (Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting). You can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads using the Ads Settings. In addition, you can use the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on to disable tracking by Google Analytics. We will use the data provided by Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting to ensure the site and content meets and exceeds our users’ expectations.
