To register for a course, check the dates below, then call 772-878-3085. For dates at other locations, please see our schedule. You must provide your 3-4 ID. Remember to pick up your book from Human Resources. The books and all prerequisites are mandatory.
Designed for health care professionals with a basic EKG knowledge, our ACLS program creates a stress free approach to dealing with cardiovascular emergencies. We cover it all, from oxygenation and airway management to AMI recognition and the nationally recognized cardiac arrest algorithms.

The 2015 ACLS Provider Manual and online self assessment are mandatory for this course. Remember to pick up your book from Human Resources. ACLS students must complete the pre-requisites provided on page 2 of the textbook. The online self assessment is located at www.heart.org/eccstudent . The code is located on the bottom of page ii in the 2015 ACLS Provider Manual. A score of 70% or higher is required to attend the course. You must provide this certificate before the start of class, or you will not be eligible to attend. This is an AHA mandate. There are no exceptions.
To recertify your BLS card after completing ACLS, select the “BLS Completion Course” option from the dropdown box on the ACLS registration page. This will consist of a video review and a written BLS test (Skills will be performed during the ACLS course). If attending this completion course, please refer to page 75 of the ACLS prep packet for an additional mandatory pre-test.
We strongly recommend the full course to those not familiar with EKGs, Algorithms, and Pharmacology.

The best place to earn your AHA certification for BLS/CPR, we offer a low price solution and a low stress environment for mastering these essential skills. For experienced providers, BLS may be taken after an ACLS or PALS course. To register for one of those courses, select the BLS Completion Course option on the ACLS or PALS registration page.

Our PALS Program is designed to emphasize early recognition and management of potentially life threatening situations in the pediatric patient rather than merely “running code”. Through the use of stress free case based scenarios and interactive skills stations, participants will receive instruction in the recognition and management of respiratory failure and shock, basic life support and airway management, rhythm disturbances, vascular access, trauma, and managing cardiopulmonary arrest in the infant and child.

It presents a systematic assessment model; integrates associated anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology; and identifies appropriate interventions.

This course, developed and overseen by the Emergency Nurses Association, provides you with cognitive, core level trauma knowledge and psychomotor skills experience in an interactive format. The TNCC course will provide a systematic, standardized approach to injured patient care. The hands-on psychomotor skill stations help you incorporate cognitive knowledge into application of skills in a safe practice environment.
