Also known as The Fire/EMS Helpline. A program run by the National Volunteer Fire Council. They have a help line, and have also collected a list of many good resources for people looking for help and support.

The American Association of Poison Control Centers supports the nation’s 55 poison centers in their efforts to prevent and treat poison exposures. Poison centers offer free, confidential medical advice, 24 hours a day.

The state of Florida requires CNA’s to obtain 1-hour per month in Continuing Education subjects, that is 12 hours per year or 24 hours in the 2-year licensing period.
Florida rule 64B9-15.011 states every 2 years, in-service training shall include (but is not limited to) 24 hours in a minimum of the following areas:
