Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy – Course sizes are limited, ratios are strict, and spaces often fill. We must enforce the following:
• >5 business days’ notice: No fee (except TNCC, ENPC, Phlebotomy, EKG, Instructor & Online – see below). Max 2 reschedules; must be used within 6 months.
• 2–5 business days’ notice: 50% fee (except courses listed above).
• <48 hrs/No-Show: No refunds. Non-reschedulable.
• TNCC/ENPC: Non-refundable within 30 days; >30 days = 50% refund.
• Phlebotomy, EKG, Instructor: & Online Courses: Non-refundable, non-reschedulable once registered.
Note: Textbooks & shipping fees are non-refundable.
